medical record office is not at all helpful.. we as an insurance company are trying to help your patient and our insured but all I get is a run around. I was told they could not locate the patient but yet you have sent us a bill. finally talked to a nice lady in billing who informed me the patients name was hyphenated but its not that way on the bill you sent to us was also told they don't look up patient with the patient control #.. okay then why is it called that and why is it noted on the bill if its not a usable option.. they need to get it together as we have been trying to help this patient for over a mth with no help from geisinger
