Do not waste your time doing business with Danville Volvo. They don't deserve any stars but I had to give them at least one to write the review. Bob Metzer is a crook. He took a deposit, and then went back on his word and refunded the deposit so that we would lose our deal on the car. He said he made the decision himself to do this (without the permission of myself or my husband) after we were approved to get the vehicle, intentionally ruining our deal on the car. Oddly enough, he did this on the last day of the month, probably holding out for someone else to come in and offer more money for the car. He obviously wasn't shooting straight with us, and my husband confronted him about it. Instead of handling it like a professional business man, Bob proceeded to hang up on us every time we called to rectify the situation. He chose to act like an immature child instead of a professional. I'd literally rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than get a car from this dealership. Moreover, I will make sure that every person I know is aware of the inappropriate lack of morals at Danville Volvo.
